Welcome to 23isBACK.com. All of our orders are shipped from Illinois and all of the shoes we sell are GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC. We do not sell fakes, variants, knock-offs, customs, or any of that cheap garbage. The online shoe community knows that we are legitimate.

We provide FREE SHIPPING in the USA, but there is a $5.00 handling fee added to all orders. We usually use UPS Ground but sometimes we'll use USPS Priority Mail. If your order is shipped by UPS Ground then those guys in the big brown truck will deliver your package. If your order is shipped by USPS Priority Mail then your regular mailman will deliver your package. Sometimes a signature is required upon delivery. If nobody is home to sign for the package you will need to make arrangements with the shipping company to either pick up the package or request a re-delivery. Please use the tracking number we send you to stay up to date on the location of your package. If a signature is NOT required, the shipping company has the option of leaving the package by your doorstep.

The shoes and sizes listed on our Search by Size page are the only ones we have for sale. Visit that page and look for the column with your size to see what we have available. We cannot get any other shoes or sizes by special request.

Emails are sent to all customers once an order has been shipped, so make sure the email address you provided with your order is valid. Please remember to check your SPAM or JUNK mail folder. If you don't receive an email with tracking information within 3 days please email us. Also, your credit card statement will show a charge from "PAYPAL*23ISBACKCOM"
