1) How do I place an order?
The only shoes you can order from us are listed on our Search by Size page. Click on the shoe you want and select your size from the drop-down menu. Then click on the BUY NOW button. You'll be taken to a PayPal checkout page that looks like this. If you don't have a PayPal account click on the link that says PAY WITH A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD. (PayPal is a service that lets people send money online. All of our payments are processed through PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account. PayPal is safe and secure and they operate worldwide)
 
2) Do you buy shoes or do trades? Can I sell my shoes on your site under consignment?
No, we don't buy or trade, and no, you cannot sell your shoes on our site under consignment.
 
3) Are your shoes fake?
NO. All of the shoes we sell are 100% AUTHENTIC. There are a ton of sites including online auctions that sell Fake, Counterfeit, Replica Air Jordans. Those sites will usually have every Air Jordan shoe for sale in all colors & sizes, which is a huge red flag. Another red flag is their too good to be true prices. There isn't a single authentic website that has every Air Jordan for sale in all sizes. It's even harder to spot fakes in online auctions, so you have to be careful who you buy from. 4) What is 23isBACK.com?
We are an independent website created many years ago. Our focus is on selling new (and sometimes used) authentic Air Jordans and providing release date information. We are not affiliated with Nike or the Jordan Brand company and we do not operate any other websites. The official Jordan Brand website is Jumpman23.com. The only website we own is 23isBACK.com.
 
5) Can I order over the phone?
Sorry, but all orders must be placed through our website.
 
6) Can I pre-order a shoe?
No, we don't accept pre-orders. We only sell shoes that are in stock and ready to ship.
 
7) Do you sell shoes before the release date?
Rarely. If we receive a shoe early you will see it posted for sale on our Search by Size page.
 
8) How long will it take to receive my shoes?
Usually between 2 to 6 days. We normally ship by USPS Priority Mail, but sometimes we'll use UPS Ground. You are supposed to receive an email from the shipping company within two days after placing an order. Make sure you check your spam folder. If you don't receive an email from them email us with your order info. (If you have a PayPal account you can login to your account to view your tracking info). Sometimes the shipping company will leave the package by your front door, but most of the time someone will need to sign for it. It's important you check your tracking number for updates. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address you used when the order was placed. If nobody is home to sign the shipping company is supposed to leave a note in your mailbox or by your front door. You can then follow the instructions on the note and pick up the package from your local Post Office. If you don't pick up the package within a few days the shipping company will mail it back to us. If that happens we have to treat it as a return and charge a restocking fee.
 
9) Can I cancel an order?
Only if it hasn't been shipped yet. We charge a 10% cancellation fee. Please email us.
 
10) Can you ship to a APO/FPO or military addresses?
No, we cannot ship to APO/FPO or any other military addresses.
 
11) Do you ship outside of the USA?
No, we do not ship internationally. We only ship within the USA.
