Are your shoes FAKE?
Absolutely not. We do not sell fakes, variants, customs, or any of that cheap garbage. We inspect all shoes before we sell them and we only buy from Nike and Jordan Authorized retailers. We guarantee authenticity on everything we sell. Places like eBay are full of auctions selling fake merchandise including Air Jordans and it's very hard for eBay to control it. Our customers know that we only sell authentic shoes and that is why we have so many repeat customers. |

How do I place an order?
To order online just select your size and click on the appropriate gray  button that's next to the shoe. If you would rather pay by mailing a Money Order or by doing a Western Union wire transfer please click here and follow the instructions on the page. |

Can you ship my order to a different address?
No, unfortunately we cannot. Online orders can only be shipped to the Confirmed Address of your credit card, which in most cases is the Billing Address. However, if you choose the money order or wire transfer options then we can ship your order to any address you like. |

What does "Signature Required on Delivery " mean?
When you click on the button labeled "Signature Required on Delivery " that means someone will need to sign for the package upon delivery. If you don't choose this option the delivery guy has the choice of leaving the package by your doorstep. If you live in an apartment or in an unsafe neighborhood we strongly recommend you purchase the "Signature Required on Delivery " option. If nobody is home to sign for the package you will have to make arrangements with the shipping company to either pick up the package in person or request a re-delivery. |

What is 23isBACK.com?
This is a small, independent website that was created when Michael Jordan returned to the NBA to play for the Washington Wizards, hence the name "23isBACK." We mainly sell Air Jordan shoes, but we usually have a few Nike shoes available too. Admittedly, our selection is very small. We generally only have around 25 different shoes for sale and in limited sizes. We do not have a physical store; We only sell through our website. Do you accept money orders?
Yes, but we only accept money orders from the US Post Office. We also accept wire transfers through Western Union. To use either of these payment options click here and follow the instructions on the page. Sorry, but we do not accept checks. |

How long does shipping take?
It depends, but usually within 5 days. We ship using UPS Ground, but we sometimes use USPS Priority Mail through the Post Office. Shipping is FREE in the USA, but a $5.00 handling fee is added to all orders. |

Can you ship to a PO BOX or APO/FPO address?
Yes, we can ship to those types of addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot accept online payments over $250 that are being shipped to an APO/FPO (or other military) address. If the item is being shipped to an APO/FPO address and the total is over $250 you would need to make a payment by Western Union wire transfer or by mailing a money order. |

Do you accept pre-orders?
No, because we do not sell all of the shoes that are released and we never know ahead of time what sizes we'll have available. |
