1) Do you buy shoes or do trades? Can I sell my shoes on your site?
No, we don't buy or trade, and no, you cannot sell your shoes on our site.
 
2) How do I place an order?
The only shoes you can order from us are listed on our Search by Size page. Once you've found the shoe you want pick your size from the drop-down menu. Then click on the BUY NOW button. You'll be taken to a PayPal checkout page that looks like this. If you don't have a PayPal account click on the link that says PAY WITH A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD. (PayPal is just a service that lets websites accept payments online. All of our payments are processed through PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account. PayPal is safe and secure and they are owned by eBay)
 
3) Can you ship my order to a different address?
No, we cannot. To reduce the risk of fraud we can only ship to your confirmed address, which is usually the billing address of your credit card. Our payment system will automatically reject your order if you enter an unconfirmed address.
 
4) What is 23isBACK.com?
We are an independent website that was created many years ago. Our focus is on selling authentic Air Jordans and providing release date information. We are not affiliated with the Jordan Brand company and we do not operate any other websites. The official Jordan Brand website is Jumpman23.com. The only website we own and operate is 23isBACK.com.
 
5) Do you sell fake shoes?
Absolutely not. All of the shoes we sell are 100% Authentic. We know there are a ton of websites including online auctions that sell fake (counterfeit) Air Jordans. Those types of websites are pretty easy to spot because they'll have every Air Jordan shoe for sale in all colors and sizes for a really low price. 6) Can I pre-order a shoe?
No, we don't accept pre-orders. We only sell shoes that we have in stock.
 
7) How long will it take to receive my shoes?
Usually between 2 to 6 days. We normally ship by USPS Priority Mail. Sometimes we use UPS Ground. You are supposed to receive an email from the shipping company within 2 DAYS after placing an order. Make sure you check your Spam folder. If you don't receive an email from them email us with your order info. 99% of the time someone will need to sign for the package. That's why it's important you check your tracking number for updates. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address you used when the order was placed. If nobody is home during the delivery attempt the shipping company is supposed to leave a note in your mailbox or by your front door. You can then follow the instructions on the note and pick up the package from your local facility. If you don't pick up the package within a few days the shipping company will mail it back to us. If that happens we have to treat it as a return and charge a restocking fee, since we cannot reship packages.
 
8) Can I cancel an order?
Only if it hasn't been shipped yet. We charge a 10% cancellation fee. Please email us.
 
9) Can you ship to a APO/FPO address?
No, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
 
10) Do you sell shoes before the release date?
Sometimes. If we receive a shoe early you will see it posted for sale throughout our website.
 
11) Do you ship outside of the USA?
No, we do not ship internationally. We only ship within the USA.
 
12) Can I place an order by phone?
No. We cannot process orders over the phone. All orders must be placed through our website.
 
13) Do you have a Return Policy?

14) Do you sell wholesale?
