All returns must be approved by us beforehand. We won't accept returns without return authorization. Email us for return authorization. We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason. Returns must meet these conditions: 1) The shoes must be UNWORN and in BRAND NEW condition 2) You must email us within 7 DAYS after the shoes are delivered. RETURNS: You are responsible for the costs to ship the shoes back to us. Returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee. For example, if your order total was $200 you would lose $50.
If a package is returned to us by the shipping company, for whatever reason, it will be treated as a "return" and you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. It can take up to 30 days for your credit card company or bank to process the refund.

*We do not provide any warranties on the shoes. We are not responsible for defective or damaged shoes. Nike is the manufacturer. You will need to contact them for a replacement or reimbursement if you feel your shoes are defective
