All returns must be approved by us beforehand. Email us for return approval. We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason. The shoes must be BRAND NEW and UNWORN and you have to email us within 3 DAYS after the shoes are delivered. If you don't email us within 3 DAYS after delivery we cannot accept the return.
RETURNS: You are responsible for the costs to ship the shoes back to us. Returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee. For example, if your order total was $200 you would lose $50.
If a package is returned to us by the shipping company, for whatever reason, it will be treated as a "return" and you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. It can take a few days to over a week for your credit card company or bank to process the refund. We have no control over that.
EXCHANGES: You can only exchange shoes for a different size of the same shoe. Exchanges are subject to a fee.
CANCELING AN ORDER: You can only cancel an order if it hasn't been shipped. We usually ship orders the same day, so you don't have a lot of time to cancel an order. You will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. For example, if your order total was $200 you would lose $20. It can take a few days to over a week for your credit card company or bank to process the refund. Email us immediately to cancel an order.
*We do not provide any warranties on the shoes. We are not responsible for defective or damaged shoes. Nike is the manufacturer. You will need to contact them for a replacement or reimbursement if you feel your shoes are defective. They provide a 2 year warranty on Nike/Jordan shoes.
