Return Policy

All returns must be approved by us beforehand. Email us for return authorization. We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason. Please read the terms below. Returns must meet these conditions: 1) The shoes must be UNWORN and in BRAND NEW condition 2) They must be returned within 23 days from the DATE OF PURCHASE

 

RETURNS: You are responsible for the costs to ship the shoes back to us. Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. For example, if your order total was $200 you would lose $40. If you purchased a shoe before the official release date the restocking fee is raised to 30%

If a package is returned to us by the shipping company, for whatever reason, it will be treated as a "return" and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. It can take up to 30 days for your credit card company or bank to process the refund. Email us for return authorization. If you send us a package without return authorization the restocking will be raised to 25%

 

CANCELING AN ORDER: You can only cancel an order if it hasn't been shipped. You will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. For example, if your order total was $200 you would lose $20. It can take up to 30 days for your credit card company or bank to process the refund. Email us to cancel an order

 

*We do not provide any warranties on the shoes. We are not responsible for defective or damaged shoes. Nike is the manufacturer. You will need to contact them for a replacement or reimbursement if you feel your shoes are defective
