We offer a limited 3-day return policy for shoe orders placed on our website. All returns must be approvedby us first. Email us for return authorization. We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason. Shoes must be NEW and UNWORN. If you don't email us within 3 days after delivery we cannot accept a return.
RETURNS: You will be charged a 25% restocking fee, and you are also responsible for the shipping costs to ship the shoes back to us. For example, if your order total was $200 then you would lose $50. If a package is returned to us by the shipping company, for whatever reason, it will be treated as a return and you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. It can take some time for your credit card company to process a refund. We have no control over that.
Nike manufactures Air Jordan shoes. We simply resell them. We are not a retailer. Therefore, we do not provide any warranty on the shoes and we are not responsible for defects or cosmetic imperfections. Nike is the manufacturer and they provide a 2-year warranty from the original date the shoe was made. You will need to contact Nike for warranty claims against defects.
