Return Policy
We offer a limited 3-day return policy for shoe orders placed on our website. All returns must be approved by us first. Email us for return authorization. We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason. Shoes must be BRAND NEW and UNWORN. If you don't email us within 3 days after delivery we cannot accept a return.
RETURNS: You will be charged a 30% restocking fee. For example, if your order total was $200 then you would lose $60. If a package is returned to us by the shipping company, for whatever reason, it will be treated as a return and you will be charged a 30% restocking fee. It can take some time for your credit card company to process a refund. We have no control over that. You are also responsible for the shipping costs to ship the shoes back to us.
CANCELING AN ORDER: You can only cancel an order if it hasn't been shipped. We usually ship orders the same day, so you don't have a lot of time to cancel an order. You will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. It can take some time for your credit card company to process a refund. Email us to cancel an order and provide your name and address.
